Ever since I started this blog three years ago, I go through periods where I kind of lose my mojo. I get to a point where I literally cannot think of a single thing to blog about and I think about quitting. The thing is though, I like blogging. I like the creative outlet it gives me, especially right now while I’m staying home with my kids. I also love the random connections I have made through this blog with other mamas out there. I think the long winter and spring fever also plays a roll in my blogging funk. I typically don’t feel that great in the winter and this up and down weather is brutal on my body. #lifewithautoimmuneproblems I’m just kind of irritable and don’t feel like I have much to share.
Well I don’t want to quit but I also don’t want to stress about this. After all, blogging is a hobby for me, not a full time job, right? I’ve decided to take a little break for the next week or two. I will continue to post my favorites from the week on Fridays (because I love the positivity around it and I love sharing that stuff). I’m going to take this time to change up the blog a bit: reorganize it, update some old posts, etc.) and work on some new posts for you. I’m hoping this will help to reignite my blogging fire! In the meantime, you can keep up with what we’re up to over on social media.
